By using Conexo Gov you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Conexo Gov is

Conexo Gov is an information service that republishes public U.S. government contracting data from SAM.gov and USAspending.gov, adds summaries and context, and sends alerts. Conexo Gov is not a government website, is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Government, and cannot submit offers, register you in SAM.gov or guarantee any award. Registering in SAM.gov is free.

2. Accuracy

We copy data as published by the government and refresh it daily, but notices can change or be cancelled at any time and our copy may be late or incomplete. Typical values, probable incumbents and recompete dates are estimates built from past awards. Always confirm every detail on the official notice before making any decision or submitting an offer.

3. AI features

AI summaries, requirement lists and the "Can you bid?" check are produced automatically and can contain mistakes or omissions, even when a citation is shown. They are an aid to reading the documents, not legal, accounting or contracting advice, and they do not replace reading the full solicitation. You are responsible for your eligibility and your offer.

4. Your account

You must provide a valid email and keep access to it secure. One person per account. You are responsible for the content you post (notes, teaming requests, messages) and you must not post unlawful, misleading or abusive content, personal data of others, or advertising unrelated to the opportunity.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or redistribute Conexo Gov content in bulk, attempt to access other accounts, overload the service, or use it to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Plans, payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in U.S. dollars through our reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record and handles taxes and receipts. There is no minimum term: you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us within 14 days and we will review a refund.

7. Free trial

One free trial per person or company, with no card required. When it ends your account returns to the Free plan automatically; nothing is charged.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Conexo Gov available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Official sources may change their formats or be unavailable. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid plan we will refund the unused portion.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Conexo Gov is provided "as is" and we are not liable for lost contracts, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of the service or from errors in public data or AI output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
