This policy explains what information Conexo Gov ("we") collects when you use this website, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can to run the service.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you add them, your name, company name, keywords, time zone and language preference.
• Your activity on Conexo Gov: saved searches, bids you track, notes, teaming posts and messages you send through the site.
• Company documents (Pro + AI only): files you upload to "My company". They are stored encrypted and used only to prepare your company profile and the "Can you bid?" check.
• Payment data: payments are processed by our reseller (Paddle.com), which acts as merchant of record. We never see or store your card number; we receive the plan, amount and status.
• Technical data: IP address and basic request logs for security (for example, to limit sign-in abuse), and privacy-friendly, cookie-less visit statistics.

How we use it

• To run your account, send the sign-in links and the alerts you asked for, and show your saved searches and pipeline.
• To analyze solicitation documents and your company documents with AI when you request it. We send the relevant text to an AI provider (currently DeepSeek) for processing. We do not use your company documents to train any model.
• To keep the service secure and to answer your requests.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Emails

We only email people who registered. Every alert email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can turn alerts off in your account at any time.

Where data is stored and for how long

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Finland) with encrypted daily backups. We keep account data while your account is active. Company documents you delete are deleted from the server and removed from backups within 30 days. You can ask us to delete your account and all its data at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your information. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale (we do not sell it). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Public contract data

Opportunity and award data (including contracting officer names and contact details published by agencies) comes from SAM.gov and USAspending.gov, which are public U.S. government records.

Children

Conexo Gov is a business service and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify registered users by email.
